Definitely one of the most high quality boba places in the area. I ordered delivery through Fantuan and the packaging was really nice. Love their wide selection and the customization.

There are other shops that serve really good boba milk tea. Every time, we order the mango slush from this place. You can choose the sweetness level based on your preference.

3CAT is definitely one of the best boba tea spots in LA and one of my personal favorites! I always order less sugar & less ice, and their drinks are consistently well-balanced and refreshing. I enjoyed this one much more than the other drink I ordered. • Dragon Well Latte (Seasonal) – More milky than tea-forward. Didn’t really taste the tea for me, so I wouldn’t order this again. It's a bit unfortunate that I live quite far away, but I absolutely adore this place with its delightful cat theme! The drinks there are simply amazing, especially the milk tea and mango dew. Making me want to visit again and again. It would be fantastic if they could consider opening a branch in Irvine!

The staff greeted me warmly, even during a busy afternoon rush, and patiently answered my questions about customizations like sugar levels and toppings. They seem passionate about their craft, which adds to the welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with clean lines, pastel accents, and plenty of seating—ideal for catching up with friends or working on a laptop. It's not too noisy, and the subtle cat motifs (like paw-print decorations) give it a fun, whimsical touch without being over-the-top. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes; my two large drinks came to about $15, and they were generously filled. They also offer loyalty cards for repeat visits, which is a nice perk. Overall, 3Catea stands out in a sea of bubble tea chains for its authenticity and attention to detail. The food was terrific and meat selection was very good. Bone broth was my favorite.

The milk tea is amazing and tastes just like authentic milk tea from China. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality — the tea and milk are well balanced and very smooth. The toppings are also delicious and fresh. It’s hard to find milk tea this authentic here, so I’ll definitely be coming back!

Drinks are good and it gets packed. My friend and I waited for a while for our drinks since it was pretty busy. But the drinks were good! I got an oolong milk tea and added cream top with pecan (reminds me of Chagee in China, which I really like!)- it was good! However, the shop didn't feel very clean. My friend and I both agreed that we were surprised that the floors seemed so dirty for such a popular shop.
